Upgraded and modernized the AskRealTeachers (ART Messenger) platform, an online education solution where students ask academic questions and receive real-time answers from verified teachers. Migrated the backend from .NET Core 3 to .NET 10, refactored and optimized APIs for better performance and security, and upgraded the frontend from Angular 9 to Angular 20 with a fully improved UI/UX. Enhanced application architecture, improved responsiveness, optimized data handling with MS SQL Server, and ensured seamless communication between students and teachers for a scalable and reliable online learning experience.

Developed a centralized Store Survey and Checklist Management System for Barista, designed to manage and monitor store operations across outlets throughout India. The application enables auditors and area managers to perform structured store surveys, hygiene and operational audits, and compliance checks using dynamic checklists. Built with React for a responsive, modular frontend, .NET for a secure and scalable backend, and MS SQL Server for reliable data storage and reporting. The system supports role-based access control, real-time data submission, audit history tracking, and consolidated reporting to improve operational efficiency and decision-making at a national scale.

Designed and developed the official website for Takshila School using Next.js 15, featuring fully custom components, dynamic routing, and a modern UI with Tailwind CSS. Integrated secure form submissions using Resend API with custom API routes for enquiries and contact messages. Implemented SEO optimization, fast loading architecture, and mobile-responsive layouts, along with automated sitemap generation and performance enhancements for a seamless user experience.

Developed and managed the school’s official website as a WordPress-based project, ensuring CBSE compliance, SEO optimization, and responsive design with regular event and content updates.
